What we collect and why?

We collect personal data from prospects, customers and visitors to our website or when you visit us. No exciting things, we do this basically because we want to serve you and others as best as possible.

We can keep track of one or more things about you:

First and last name - so we can address you properly. Only if you make this known to us yourself.
Position or role in the organization – this way we know better which information, tips and events are relevant to you.
Company name and departments – only if you make these known to us.
Phone numbers – so we can contact you if necessary. We also understand very well that you don't want to leave your 06 number everywhere. The telephone number of your employer is often sufficient for us to get in touch with you. We only note your 06 number if you make it known to us.
E-mail address – so we can contact each other via e-mail. Only if you make this known to us.

If you would like more information about the personal data that may have been collected from you at Incassotool, please contact us. In many cases you have access to a portal where you can view, change and even delete the collected data.

Which cookies do we use and what do we use them for?

All data in Google Analytics is anonymized as much as possible and therefore cannot be traced back to individuals. We have chosen not to store your data at user level for an unnecessarily long time, in Google Analytics we do this for a maximum of 26 months. Social media buttons (activated on news items on Incassotool.net), on our website we use social media buttons to share or promote pages. The buttons of the various channels contain a code from the relevant social media channels themselves and cookies are also sent. These cookies remember whether you are logged in.

Drift (activated on Incassotool.net, Incassotool.login), via this tool you can ask us questions in an accessible way. Based on your behavior on the website, we immediately link the right colleague who can then speak to you properly.
