Zelfincasso biedt daarnaast extra voordelen: flexibiliteit in de opvolging, ruimte voor maatwerk bij bijzondere gevallen en kostenbesparing doordat overdracht aan het CJIB (en de bijbehorende administratieve lasten) wordt vermeden.

Tijdens de OV-Expo laten wij zien hoe vervoerders boeteopvolging kunnen omvormen tot een sterk en duurzaam onderdeel van hun beleid – met resultaat voor de reiziger, de BOA en de vervoerder.
